This inlet works with 14 to 12 AWG (American Wire Gauge) copper wire and is commonly used for boats, RVs, small trailers or cabins. Note: 18-Gauge is for 10 Amp, 16-Gauge is for 13 Amp, 14-Gauge is for 16 Amp, 12-Gauge is for 20 Amp. The product features a 15 Amp 250-Volt power input connection [NEMA 6-15P] and is a straight blade flange inlet. It has a 2-pole, 3-wire grounding system with a nylon casing and is back wired.
